White Cube
White Cube is one of my favourite spots across London – and it’s free! The minimal space itself is serene and the perfect getaway spot to find inspiration. The area around is also great, with local cafes and restaurants aplenty.
Mercato Metropolitano
If you're looking for Italian food, this giant marketplace located between London Bridge and Elephant & Castle has everything you could want, from pasta to pizza, coffee, and ice cream, all in a wonderful atmospheric space. It's a great spot with outdoor seating to go with friends and family with plenty of menu options.
Kino Bermondsey
Previously known as Shortwave, this small independent cinema right by Bermondsey Square is great if you want to enjoy something a bit more intimate and different from the usual cinema. With a bar upstairs and cozy seating downstairs – plus all the latest movies – this is a great location off of London Bridge and around plenty of restaurants and bars.
Maltby Street Market
Only open on weekends, this lively street market is located under the railway arches in London Bridge. With a variety of stalls offering specialised foods, from your Japanese gyozas to Brazilian steak sandwiches, it’s my favourite way to start the weekend – especially when the sun is out.
Photography has always been my biggest passion and the vehicle to doing what I love in my career. It gave me the confidence to travel and meet new people. After traveling a lot growing up, photography came naturally to me as I wanted to share the experiences and people I met.
I've lived in London for almost seven years now. I grew up in Hong Kong, Milan, Toronto, Bangkok, and Padova, so for me, London is the perfect place for its mix of culture and people. Too often I find that peoplelive in a bubble – and being surrounded by different cultures helps have a wider perspective. I also enjoy the constant movement and challenge; it makes sure you don’t ever get too comfortable.
